Change your perspective, change your point of view.

I had just moved to a new area and had been going to the same Church for a few months, I was really enjoying the sermons and the sense of community. The first time I attended I parked my car in the last row closest to the main entrance and entered through the right side door where the ushers directed me down the right aisle of the church. From then on, every Sunday I would always park my car in the same row, enter through the same door and sit on the right side of the Church. I always sat in one of the first five rows, there was a pillar slightly blocking the view of the pulpit if I sat between row six to eight.

One Sunday I entered through the same door as usual, right on time but I was diverted to the other side of the Church. For a moment I stood there wanting to resist the change of course. Why couldn’t I just sit where I always sat? I was sure I could find a space. Instead I was ushered to seating in the center, behind the first row. By the time the service started I was amazed. I could see things so much clearer. I had the best seat in the house. The choir singing felt so much more intimate. I felt like the pastor and I were having a one-on-one conversation. Why had I been stage right all these months when I could have been front and center?

Have you been doing the same thing every day, every week or month due to force of habit? Have you been putting yourself to the side, when it’s time to let the spotlight shine on you? What if you tweak things slightly in your life, you may get a much better outcome. Why not try something new. Maybe look at someone else’s point of view, they may not see things the way you do.

Have you been wearing the same lipstick for years because you think it’s the best? Yes you look good, but how much more stunning could you be if you try something new. Change is good. Try a new Dark Secrets Cosmetics lipstick today. You will look great from any point of view.
